This website and online store are operated by GZART LLC under the name Zamana Decor. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GZART LLC / Zamana Decor.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to present our products accurately.
Hawaii Wall Objects are individually produced and hand-finished on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Small variations in color, texture, surface finish, and appearance are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and surroundings.
Product descriptions, finishes, availability, packaging, and pricing may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information, selected finish, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout.
If we discover an error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, pricing mistake, or another issue that prevents us from fulfilling an order, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it.
Orders may be cancelled within the cancellation window described in our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be calculated and added at checkout where required.
For customers in Hawaiʻi, applicable General Excise Tax may be passed on and calculated at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless specifically collected by us at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or calculation errors before an order is fulfilled.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.
Available shipping methods, pricing, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We remain committed to helping resolve legitimate shipping problems. If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at aloha@gzartllc.com.
Where appropriate, we will work with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Local delivery and local pickup may be offered to eligible customers when displayed as available at checkout.
International shipping is available only to destinations that are enabled and offered at checkout. Availability may change at any time.

SECTION 6 — INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT CARE
Our wall objects are intended for indoor decorative use unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their wall or mounting surface is suitable for installation.
Use care when applying adhesive to delicate, recently painted, textured, or otherwise sensitive surfaces. Adhesive products may affect some finishes or coatings.
Once adhesive backing has been exposed or the product has been installed, return eligibility may be limited as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products should be kept away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight and should be maintained according to the care instructions supplied with the product.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged orders, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to the customer.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, branding, packaging design, website content, and other creative materials displayed through Zamana Decor are owned by GZART LLC or used with authorization.
You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our designs, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, design rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
“Zamana Decor,” associated branding, product designs, and related creative materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Shopify and its associated names, trademarks, and services remain the property of Shopify and its respective licensors.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, and other service providers.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their independent content, policies, availability, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain customer information is also processed by Shopify and its service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide ecommerce functionality.

Products are available for purchase internationally only when the applicable destination is enabled at checkout.

SECTION 16 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Zamana Decor is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.
Purchases made from Zamana Decor are transactions between the customer and GZART LLC / Zamana Decor.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the manufacture, quality, fulfillment, delivery, refunds, or other obligations relating to products sold by Zamana Decor, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to the customer under its own terms.
SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GZART LLC in the State of Hawaiʻi, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s place of residence.

The current version will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
