Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your Hawaii Wall Object must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. The adhesive backing must not have been removed or exposed, and the pieces must not have been mounted to a wall or other surface.

Please contact us at aloha@gzartllc.com before sending a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at aloha@gzartllc.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, we may already have begun preparing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Hand-finished pieces
Each Hawaii Wall Object is individually hand-finished. Small variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

This is already strong enough to protect you, but it doesn’t sound hostile to the buyer.
